Our Concept
The legal system has grown so extensive and complex
that the amount of new and amended regulations is beyond the scope
of understanding of a single person. The wording of the statutes
is often vague. Judicial precedent and literature are fluid, taking
new lines which constantly need to be followed up and evaluated.
Cases frequently involve problems from different
areas of law. This calls for specialization and at the same time
for keeping a clear overview. To provide our clients with a complete
service, we are both a team of specialists and generalists:
As SPECIALISTS, we each focus on our preferred fields,
tracking and integrating the developments in precedent and literature.
We maintain up-to-date documentation, keep in contact with law-school
lecturers and persue basic research of aur own (publications, lectures,
etc.)
Conversely, we remain GENERALISTS so as to retain
a general overview over the law and locate overlaps between the
different areas of law.
We work as a TEAM. In a case where problems of different
areas are involved, these are handled by the particular specialists
under the supervision of one coordinating partner. This concept
ensures that our entire knowledge is constantly made available
to the client.
